Airbnb False Information

Made a reservation on Airbnb for July 2023 on 29 March 2023. When I made the reservation it said that you may reserve the accommodation for 48 hours without paying. Airbnb had my visa card details as I booked with them before. The payment of R27 979 went off my card without me or my bank authorizing the amount. How must my debit orders be paid for the end of the month (tomorrow). When contacting them they indicated that it can take up to 15days for the bank to refund me.
