AirBnB fail

This complaint is actually against the Host Josh who has the listing on AirBnB , their the rental agent is Happy Home but I can’t find the listing for for the business anywhere - the unit they are renting on AirBnB is an absolute **** , It’s was filthy , it had a smell of smoke in it and mould in the bathrooms , I requested a refund and I have not been successful Unit 10 St Mungo Clifton Cape Town . Do not fall in the same trap , do not book this unit .
