Airbnb don't care about hosts. They don't get back to a host regarding a guest that is doing ******** activity on your property.

As a host of a airbnb listing, I experienced the worst guest booking one cant imagine. This guest booked my entire house. For 2 nights. He then invited other unauthorized guests and vandalised my property, kicked open my main bedroom door that I keep locked. And stole my valuebles. I reported this matter to Airbnb, which advised me to open a reimbur*****t case to claim from the host gaurantee fund. I did, and I'm still waiting for any feedback. Nothing has come of it. They keep saying the claims department is handling it. It's been over 2 months now. Their claims department doesn't have a contact number nor a email. So I'm waiting....
