Airbnb doesn’t refund

I searched for a location in Zambia and it brought accommodation in Italy. I accidentally booked in and realised I had booked the wrong property and cancelled. They host denied to refund me and Airbnb hasn’t been an helpful in getting my money back. I feel ******. I’m completely done with the app, it’s pure day light *******
