Airbnb does nothing about **** profiles faulsely listing other people's property

This makes absolutely no sense, an individual can take pictures from anywhere (eg.our facebook page) and then create and account with airbnb and not need to provide any proof that he/she owns the property, they simply check a box saying the agree to terms and conditions, yet as the actual owners we are required to prove to you that we own the property for you to basically do the checks and balances that needs to be done in the first place. the least you could do is to attempt to contact the individual who is performing ******* activities using your site and requesting him to provide this information (he will most likely not do anything), thereafter you could proceed to remove the account.

As I previously explained, all users, by agreeing to our Terms of Service and when listing a property, agree that they have all rights to the accommodations. We do not require users to provide us with documentary evidence of their ownership, including you and your Aunt. As a result, we do not analyze any ownership documentation.

It is also important to note that although this user may have taken photographs of your property, they will be unable to make any money from doing so as the only way for a host to earn money on our site is for a guest to successfully check into the listing. If there are no issues 24 hours after check in, only then is the payout released.
