Airbnb does not protect the guests rights!!!Do not rent from Airbnb 'spacious appartment' by Ryan.

I have stayed at 7 accomodations in West Cape and Capetown which were great. Only the booking at Airbnb in a 'spacious appartment' from Ryan in Capetown has been a bad experience. Because it hadn't been cleaned recently and there was no wifi I told him. He said I shouted, not need to get upset by some dust and I **** to him about the not working wifi. We tried the tv, trying the network but it all failed. I told Airbnb and they said it was unusual and will not refund. He told he would arrange things the next day but we were there only for 2 days. Read all of the comments in his listing at Airbnb and see that when guests are commenting on things they didn't find in good order, he is very rude and unprofessional in his response. The terms and conditions of Airbnb are about trust and respect and the host failed but we as guests are not protected.
