Airbnb customer service

I booked accommodation through Airbnb, which showed as available on the Airbnb website. Upon paying and confirming the stay, the establishment owner informed me that the establishment was occupied for the dates I booked for and should have not appeared as available on Airbnb. When I tried to contact Airbnb to get a refund, I got no response.
