Airbnb could not help me from being ****med

. I booked a place on Saturday night, I got to the place and I received bad hospitality , me and the host did not agree on a minor issue so I decided to leave the premises and cancel the reservation . I tried to use the app/website to cancel or rather report the incident but it was hard because it kept on running back to the same step. There are lot of notifications on the app but I don't think those are helping because is the same thing over and over. I asked her to cancel from her side but she refused and also refused/declined my request for refund. She tells me the money was payed to Air BnB not her. And I told her I understand , but is she declining my request for refund when she knows I did not use her place. And Airbnb could not help me get my money back. After endless calls and reports. I feel ****med
