AirBnb Christmas Spoilers

I booked a penthouse in east London through Airbnb and paid for it. They send me an email to confirm my booking and payment. My family and I were on our to East London that is three hours from my hometown when I got a message to say the booking have been canceled and I will receive my money back in five working days. Tomorrow is Christmas. Our whole plans are spoiled and how can I rebook other accommodations without my money. The support manager said he would send me links to other places, 6 hours later no response. The host contacted me and said she requested for the property to be unblocked no response. I wrote an email again no response. I always thought it was easier booking by them but I will refer no one to book by them. We lost alot of money and time and lots of disappointed family members and children.
