Airbnb bullies owners

I have been a member of Airbnb since 2012. Recently the service seems to have gone off the rails and as a host and owner I find I have been shabbily treated. If I decline bookings I get lectured and threatened with 'demotion'.. no super host status for you. On the other hand if guests cause damage to your property they take the guests' side rather than pay out. Or they pay out and then deduct it from the following guest payout. Very strange accounting. In spite of me having a firm cancellation policy they see fit to let guests cancel at the very last minute. Their site has got so convoluted that you have to be very wary of them slipping in unapproved discounts. I feel very strongly that Airbnb is bullying owners.
