Airbnb bull****

My wife booked a house through Airbnb from the host Sanctuary @188.

The ad stated pet friendly and after payment made I was informed that no pets allowed and the ad was changed After contacting the host and Airbnb for a refund

Just blatantly ****all was done about this I had to book at another venue

Airbnb is the responsible entity and they refused to pay me back.

I had to on numerous occasions try and call them and received nothing but bull****

Airbnb is mostly a ****.
