Airbnb Break In

I booked on airbnb a stay for the Comrades weekend at No. 121 Belvedere Road, Durban North. When I returned I came to realize I had missing items and then I informed the owner, they were all in shock and promised to take care of the matter as I returned back home to Eastern Cape they had already opened a case with the police. I lodged a complaint with airbnb insurance after a long time they declined my matter and I reached out to the owner who had promised to at least compensate me, he refused and never took my calls again
