Airbnb Bad service

Good day. I've been a host on Airbnb for a number of years. Lately I have been struggling to get payouts from them. Have logged a number of calls and every time the consultant will tell me they will investigate the matter and come back to me. It's now more than 30 day and my money is still on hold. Can someone please assist me in sorting this matter out and also cancel my hosting account.
