Airbnb Is Holding My Money Hostage – ******* in Suits!

Airbnb has been stalling on my refund since December 2023, and at this point, I have no other way to describe them but as ******* in suits. I’ve provided proof that my bank and Visa cannot trace the funds using the details they provided, yet they keep sending me back to my bank instead of taking responsibility.

The ARN number they gave me does not work—even Visa’s issuing company confirms they cannot see the funds. Instead of properly investigating or redoing the refund, Airbnb keeps giving me generic, copy-paste responses and refuses to check if the money is in their account and resend it properly.

This has been going on for months, and their so-called customer service is either *********** or deliberately unhelpful. At this point, it feels like they’re just keeping my money and hoping I’ll give up. If you ever have a refund issue with Airbnb, prepare for a nightmare. I’ll never trust them again
