Airbnb and Ckm Hotels

This has been the worst experience ever. We booked at a hosts called CKM hotels on Airbnb and paid R 3650 for a “ security deposit “ airbnb then proceeds to cancel this reservation because the host infringed on their terms and conditions. we then ask when the host will refund the security deposit considering the fact that we did not stay at the place, we never got confirmation, the host blocked us from being able to send messages and Airbnb has refused to assist in anyway! The host is still taking bookings and they apparently cannot link us to the host because of privacy! There is no other way for us to contact the host as we were communicating on Airbnb
