AirBnb allows ******** on their platform and has the worst customer service

The worst app to use when looking for accommodation. Can find your self without a place to sleep if you book a place on this app.

I was ****med this past weekend as i booked a place for a night. The host did not respond to my messages and she also did not answer my calls. There was noone when I got to the place.

This was very frustrating as I found myself having to look for another place again late at night and having to take out more money to book.

I dont under how this platform allows such. I have complained and requested my refund and even after a week I have not got help from the platform.

Can I just please have my money back. I have learnt my lesson about the people you work with. Ill find other reliable platforms
