Airbnb a disgusting unprofessional company of note

I am logging a complaint BAD review over Airbnb and their pathetic amateur handling of a situation. I recently was in Cape Town and stayed in 3 Airbnb places in Cape Town CBD. I can only express how poor that each place, the pictures loaded are nothing like the places in all 3 of them.

Secondly i am complaining about a place at the Icon 1 Building at 35 Lower Long Street apartment of Wim Orban - in which i stayed on 15 Feb for 1 night. After i excited the place on the 16th he contacted me 2 days later asking where his microwave was ? i said i dont know i left and i didnt take it - he said he is loading a complaint against me with Airbnb

Airbnb contacted me a few days later to notify me of the case and asked em for my side which amazed me as they stated in their corrspondence they waiting for his evidence. How can i be asked about this when they didnt even have evidence for Wim. i denied this. i now received a mail from Airbnb today stating on the evidence submitted by Wim i am guilty and must pay R969 in damages. Amazing thing the evidence is some images from a CCTV camera showing me entering the building and exiting the building with my laptop bag and a Liberty Life gym bag - based on this they state the bag is empty when i entered and full when i left. Amazing a closed bag where you cannot see very evidently its empty when i enter and very full when i leave. If it was full its closed so how can they see a microwave in the bag. I have measured the opening of my gym bag and it is 33cm wide and my microwave which is about the same size as the one in the apartment and more likely smaller is 52 cm so how did i get a 52cm microwave into a 33cm gym bag ???????

and on this i am guilty of being a ***** by Airbnb and Wim Orban and now must pay ?????? how outrageous is this ???

this is both false accusations without proper evidence as well as an insult to my integrity
