Airbnb

Worst experience of my Life I was looking for a place to stay on Airbnb, I have send a request on the app and the place was not available, they still deducted money from my account and send a email saying that I will receive my money within 7working days. This is crazy, how much money do you have to have in your account to check availability? No South African number to phone for assistance. I will never make use of this site again and make sure everyone I know is aware of the unhelpful site.
