I am a host on Air BNB. For 4 years they paid us and then requested a whole lot of FICA documentation which we have sent multiple times yet they continue to hold the funds. You cannot talk to anyone directly, they don’t understand South Africans having independent trustees of their trusts who are not beneficiaries. They just earning interest on our cash and hide behind their cyber persona. I would caution anyone who wants to put a property on here
