Airbnb

<p>I recently had my first Airbnb experience - which enabled me to rent a stunning apartment in Massouri, Kalymnos, Greece. Great! That part of the experience worked really well! However, when I wanted to write a review the Airbnb website just shunted me from pillar to post. It would also not allow me to reply to a message from our wonderful hosts in Kalymnos. The Airbnb website's help button doesn't help at all - and there are no human beings with whom one can talk - just mindless computers. So - Airbnb, brilliant concept but really frustrating website!
