Air bye n bye to your money

1 star and its there because I couldn't put half a star and the half is for the poor support team who's had to apologize for their sh**y policies. They'll basically find loopholes to not give you your money back. You don't want a reservation anymore? Well the host will wait till after the stipulated time to answer you back and tell you that they can't refund you because its " policy" . You lose your money and make another booking, get this... if you use the booking credit option you'll basically not get your money back. As a first time user I feel cheated and you know what, you win.
