Air Bnb NOT RESPONSIVE and does not refund

We have booked holiday accommodation in Wildernis for 29 December 2022 to 3 Jan 2023… On 24 December we were suprised to be informed that air bnb camcelled our reservation wirh the host without using available communication methods sms or whatsapp.. we are stranded without accommodation and they made no effort to assist us with our delima and no effort to refund us for the R6746 … They cancelled our accommodation on 21 December 2022 and the host cancellation policy states 50%!refund if cancelled before 22 December but they refuse our refund..!!
