Air BNB ( Host- Mabwisane at the Blyde)

I booked a place at the Blyde and 5 minutes later I communicated with the host ( Mabwisane ) that I have found alternative accommodation and I won’t be going ahead with booking. She agreed and said she would pay me back as they deducted immediately. I followed up for a few days and she said I should ask support for help to get refund back. A week later she then says I didn’t pitch and therefore she lost out on business and now refuses to pay me back my refund. After pushing back, they gave me 50% back. I believe I should get my full refund. This is ********* and it is day light *******, I need my full refund.
