Air bnb are ********** they ***** your money!!!!

These people are *****ing your money today a friend booked a place and we waited for confirmation they already debit the money and it does not show on her bank statement then they said the host could not respond to her booking request on time with no refund and we didn't even get to see the place physically yet ! I'm ****ed off because some people work hard and save for times like this I will take this further if I'm not heard!!!!!!

Please Peter can you perhaps do something about this issue please
