Air B&B abondons ther customer

Hello Peter, I used the air b&B app to book a couple of accommodations during my trip to the South Africa this year. Last time I went through a horror trip, which costs me amount of money. I tried to book a room in cape town. I found a nice place to stay and started the booking procedure. After the confirmation of money transfer through PayPal I have to authenticate my account through a scan of my passport or my driving license. I chosed the password at first. The authentication did not finish. I tryed again and again without success. I interrupted the booking and started the booking procedure with other accommodation. The same game again. This time I choosed my driving licence. Several times I tried to download the scan of my driving license to the air B &B surver to authorize my profile. With out success, but with the msg 'try again'. I cancelled this booking also. After some time but in the same evening totally destressed I started the booking procedure for the third time. This time I got the apportunaty to authorize my profile with my Facebook account!! I could finish the booking procedure and got a booking confirmation. Next morning all three accommodations were booked and paid through my PayPal. O horror! I tried to contact the hotline of air B&b without success. The number in UK doesn't exist. I wrote a mail to the "help me " account with details of the failed process and got a robot reply back. I wrote another mail to the technical support. No answer! I tried every apportunaty to get in touch with support of air B&b but did not get any answer at all. I disparately wish to get my money back. It was not my fault. It was a error in the app. I m not responsible for technical errors and can not accept it. It is incredibly disappointing that air bb just let ther customer down. They get lots of money for their service but not able to pay a hotline to help the customers. Shame!
