Absolutely disappointing

How they allow their people to cancel bookings last minute and not assist the clients with alternative similar accommodation it's absolutely beyond me. I have never been so inconvenienced and embarrassed let alone left disorganized because of incompetence in my whole life like I was due to the experience I have had with them. I still haven't even received my full refund even after the level of inconvenient my family and I were left in. What now?
