I booked a place and put a deposit down with air bnb then I needed more space so I cancelled that booking sending the deposit into the wallet because the refund would take 15 days , then I tried making another booking and they restricted my account , and only after wards told me that I couldn’t get my deposit changed to a refund because the system doesn’t allow it and they can’t unrestrict my account so I can use that deposit to make more bookings , they are ******* , I’m so angry !!! Terrible service and terrible care for their loyal regular customers such as myself
