A ZERO star rating for Airbnb!

If I could give Airbnb a zero star rating, I would. They are basically *******, withholding my payout. Trying to speak to the right people is impossible as there are no direct contact details. The call centre has the same excuse, "we are so sorry for this inconvenience". Totally unacceptable. DO NOT use them.
