The property itself is wonderful, but it is in Simbithi afterall...

The roads in Simbithi are anorexic. They are SO thin, but it does not end there. They place speed bumps everywhere like their lives depend upon it! Oh my goodness. You would think the board or whoever controls the expansion of the estate might be intelligent enough to install a speed camera or something, but nope! They just have dozens and dozens of speed bumps throughout the estate. I have never felt so constricted my goodness. There are hardly any sidewalks throughout the estate too. One would think that they would better plan the roads in a place so expensive to stay...
