Airbnb host wont pay back deposit - Oceans of Simbithi * Luxury Apartment * 133 Sabuti

I booked accommodation on Airbnb - Oceans of Simbithi * Luxury Apartment * 133 Sabuti to be specific. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel my accommodation. I did cancel 4 weeks prior to the booking and the host rebooked the dates that i had booked so she did not lose any money. Airbnb and the host refused to pay back the 50% deposit that i paid of R7400 despite rebooking the dates i reserved.
