Review date : 17 Feb 2026 I first made contact with AirbagZA on the 4th of July 2025, and made arrangements with them to replace my entire vehicles airbags. Since I live 2 hours away I made an appointment for the 7th of July 2025. When we arrived they were extremely nice and quick to help and answer any questions and concerns we had. We thought we were in the hands of someone who was willing to help…so we paid the full amount they quoted of R28 950. After payment they confirmed it should be done by the Thursday which was fine with us… Suddenly we were told there would be a days delay, which was fine with us. We went to pick up the car on Friday and drove it home 2 hours. Now here is where everything went south… First he admitted to damaging the clips that hold your handles inside the car! And would go 50/50 with me on the cost…we agreed and went on our way again We arrived at our home and noticed a few issues, they broke 2 of our window switches, and the underbelly of our car became loose! I contacted them and they offered to pay for the damages…I took the car to an RMI approved dealer and they replaced the switch. This was on the 11th of July 2025 This made me suspicious so we searched our vehicle for any other issues, we found that they took our phone charger cable, as well as our emergency torch we keep in the vehicle! Then we found that the curtain airbag cover was not installed correctly and poorly done! We contacted them immediately and they told us they would book it for courier to us, as for the issues we would have to bring the car im, and we were unable to do so as we had emergencies to attend We kept in touch for updated regarding the switch and items that were left behind…we called and called and begged so much so that this was only sorted on the 4th of September 2025! Basically 2 months of poor service and a IDGAF attitude from the owner! We finally received the money and items and left it at that…no issues further, until… Fast forward to recently, Wednesday the 11th of Feb 2026, my airbag light came back on…I called them again, and was met with arrogance and the fami**** attitude of we dont really care! To make a longer story short, I would have to pay in some form or another to fix THEIR mistake…even if it was within the warranty period! I was shocked, the only options they brought to the table was bring the car back, or purchase a diagnostics machine…both at my own cost! I recommend that I find somebody closer to atleast do a diagnostic on the car, he refused to even pay for that! Since I was on the way to the hospital with my ill mother, I asked him to send me options on which diagnostic machine to purchase…its now 6 days later and I still have no feedback, reply of any sort and I cant get through to them! In summary : AirbagZA might know what they’re doing, but they work carelessly on your vehicles, causing damage that could have been avoided if they were paying attention…and dont expect any form of after sales support. I dont recommend them whatsoever, I will now be taking my business elsewhere to an RMI approved specialist
