Breakage deposit shambles. 22 days on no refund.

Rented a holiday unit on lekkerslaap.co.za through airagents. Had to pay a breakage deposit of R2k before checkin. There was no checkin by agent or checkout with an agent. 22 days after we left the unit and I am still waiting for my deposit refund.
