Baggage theft!!!!!!

<p>Today I was on flight UM417, returning to Johannesburg from Bulawayo. When I collected my bag from the carriage I noticed that my bag had been ripped open, the zip being wrenched off completely to the point where I am now unable to use my bag again! Fearing for the worst, I opened up my bag on the spot, only to find out that anything of high value had been ****** (a brand new bottle of expensive perfume, a silver chain necklace which has sentimental value and can NEVEE be replaced and another valuable necklace), all of which were Christmas presents!!! My whole bag was in a jumble and all the contents had been thrown out as if someone was searching through all my possessions for any valuables. </p> <p>This is not the first that this has happened to me, as it happened on my flight to Bulawayo on 21/12/2016 on Air Zimbabwe!!!!</p> <p>I am APPALLED and DISGUSTED as to how Air Zimbabwe can operate in this fashion. </p> <p>I personally believe that the aviation authority should step in and take action against this sort of negligence and theft within Air Zimbabwe!!!!! </p> <p>I will do everything in my power to see this through!!!!!!!</p>
