Overall excellence

We booked a hot air balloon flight for a friend from Germany and ourselves. The first booking had to be cancelled as flying conditions were unsuitable. We were timeously informed and everything was done to accommodate us with a new booking.<br> On the second day everything went perfectly. The reception, transfer to the the take off zone, collection from the landing zone and the breakfast were all very well executed.<br> The flight itself... was brilliant. The professionalism with which the pilot, Manie met us, welcomed us aboard, explained the safety aspects as well as the workings of the balloon were good. Then the take off, it seemed that we were about to land again on some pretty nasty looking rocks after just a couple of minutes in the air. Then we realised that Manie was an extreme professional as we floated up the cliff face and over the top of the ridge. I have never felt safer in the air than on this occasion. <br> I will definitely recommend this trip to anyone, well worth the money.
