NEVER EVER TRAVEL WITH AIR SEYCHELLES

!!!!!!!!!!!NEVER TRAVEL WITH AIR SEYCHELLES!!!!!!!

Last year by 22nd November 2019 i traveled to India for my Hip Replacement Surgery along with my family. while going to India from CPT to JHB : everything is fine JBH to SEZ : my infants tickets are not visible in air Seychelles system (took 20 mins to sort the issue) SEZ to BOM : No vegetarian food was available for me and my family at flight (while booking tickets i specially mention "Hindu Vegetarian Meal")

While coming back from India to Capetown below issues BOM to SEZ : everything is fine (wheel chair was arranged) SEZ to JHB : Again no vegetarian food was available for me and my family at flight also my infants tickets are not present at system (they took 20 min to fix the issue) No wheel chair was arranged. JHB to CPT : again my infants tickets are not visible on system, so British airways send me to Air Seychelles counter and they send me back to British Airways counter, its too much back and forth (running) for me and my family due to which they missed my 2 flights to sort the issue. i was at JHB airport for 3 hours along with my family. No Wheel chair is arranged, when i asked on counter of British Airways they told me that we unable to arrange wheel chair as maximum limit is reached for the flight. due to which i walked down to flight and i was done with hip replacement surgery by 27th of November 2019. during walking i suffered a lot with pain.

Me and my family (along with my 15 months old daughter) faced too much problems and pain during my travel with Air Seychelles

I will never ever travel again with Air Seychelles.
