Guys Please do not travel with Air Scychelles! i wish if i can give -ve rating to them

I recently booked tickets (via Indian website “Make My Trip” ) for my Mother-in –Law and Brother –in –Law to join us at Cape town, from Mumbai India to Cape town SA (round trip) with Air Seychelles; and during the journey Air Seychelles missed to organize food (as it is mentioned on tickets) pure vegetarian Hindu meals for my in-laws, and they were only offered fruits for the whole 8 hours trip.

I somehow understood this, however today I was inconvenienced again by the same airline (i.e. Air Seychelles), as it’s time for my in-laws to fly back to India.

Air Seychelles check-ins personal (from OR Tambo Int.) had the audacity to tell my in-laws that the flight tickets ( which has been paid for and confirmed) were changed and that they could not travel back to India today. My in-laws then contacted me immediately ( as the person who booked tickets) to investigate.

I then communicated with the same check-in lady (from Air Seychelles) about the issue; and after fighting for half an hour, it was only when they managed to arrange seats on the same flight.

This has dented your reputation, as I have had a VERY BAD EXPERINCE with the airline; and that I do not intend on using the airline in future, or recommend to any friends/colleagues.

My questions to Airlines

1 How did the airline miss the meal (as paid for on the ticket) for your passenger, and when did a “We sorry apology” become sufficient to accommodate passenger on more than an 8 hour flight …with other passengers enjoying their meals?

2 How is possible that tickets are Changed, without notifying me? Who changed the tickets on be-half of owner? Why aren’t there an audit trail of any changes, as your check-in personnel couldn’t answer me?

3 How did the airline manage to accommodate them, after we were told that the tickets are changed? Does this mean they going to experience the same treatment, whenever the interconnect in other countries?

The most important question is who is gonna bear the cost of mental harassment and tension to me and my family??????????????
