Dissapointed with service of Air Seychelles Staff

Good Day<br> <br> I was very disappointed with the way your employees at the Mumbai Airport treated us, we left Mumbai on the on the 28th of October to Seychelles/Johannesburg and at the Mumbai Airport we had excess baggage and was told your rate is 35 dollars per kg (according to the net it was 7 dollars per kg when we ask the person by the name of Ramesh he said because the flight is from Mumbai that the reason we have to pay 35 dollars) after payment was made to Ramesh, we did not receive a receipt of payment, Ramesh told the teller to give us the boarding pass (there were lot of other people with excess baggage as well). First of all please let me know the right price for baggage per Kg and also let me know why we did not receive a receipt for baggage. I will appreciate if you can investigate. If any other information is required please don't hesitate to contact me(flight no. etc) <br>
