Air Seychelles *********** staff

I flew CT to Mumbai with my family and pre booked our meals on both legs, which was an added cost. On both journeys our meals weren't reserved and we had to settle for the meals the airline had available. MY family has special dietary requirements, and as such most of the items on the tray was sent back. I sent several emails to them as well as to My Trip (online booking) but after 2 months no one has rep****. They keep passing me from the one to the other. They were quick to take my money but quite *********** in handling customer complaints.
