Air Optix fail to deliver

It has been seven weeks now and I am still waiting for my contact lenses to be delivered to my optometrist. They say that it is on back order, but to me it is unacceptable. How much longer is it going to be? I pay R2000 for Air Optix which is quite expensive but I am definately considering using another brand after my experience. I don't wear them for fun...I need them to see!!!!!
