Do not use them. The staff *****. My centre console was completely upside down and all them money I keep for tipping was gone, only the 20c's left. When I called the owner Henco - his response was "Oh no thats not good" When asking what he is going to do, I was told I need to prove it. This is the second incedent with them. I thought I would give them a second chance but after this there is clearly a problem and the owner does not care. Do not use them!!

19 Nov 2021, 13:05When a vehicle is collected and handed over from customer to our staff, our staff usually asked the customer to remove any valuables from the vehicle, because Air-O-Car takes very limited responsibility for any such items left behind.
We communicate with our customers constantly. There are terms and conditions that advice passengers/travellers to remove and/ or declare valuables from their vehicle(s) whilst parking their vehicle with us.
However, Air-O-Car will assist in any way possible in trying to resolve the matter amicably and after a full investigation and internal processes have been conducted and completed.
Unfortunately, this is reality within the entire industry as well as nationally. Theft is a problem, and we are working consistently with various airport authorities and law enforcement agencies to try resolve and curb theft issues.

Your attitude, disregard for your client and blatantly not taking any ownership of the problem just highlights that you are fully aware that this is an ongoing situation. Stop hiding behind your T&Cs, that has no baring what so ever on the fact that you do not know how to run a company or deal with clients. DISGUSTING!

Not to worry, I have asked SANAPA to remove you and explained why as well as notified all 600+ staff in the travel company I work for and friends to never use you and to spread the word.
