Pathetic Service

This company picks up your car at the airport, and drops it off at a specified time when you return.<br> <br> Below is the mail sent to them on the 4th May 2015, till now no response:<br> <br> I am really disappointed in the service I received from you company on the 1st of May 2015. <br> <br> As per the attached invoice, I requested that the vehicle be made available at 20h00 at the airport. This did not happen, I managed to get hold of 3 of your representatives at the pick-up zone, and all of them did not have my vehicle on their list. <br> <br> I phoned the office, and was told that the vehicle was on the list... it final arrived at 22h00, 2 hours late, I had a 2 year old child with me, sleeping in my arms, standing outside waiting in the cold... pathetic!!!!!<br> <br> When it finally arrived, I was informed that it had a flat tyre...... that was it, hand over and left...... by the way they had no hesitation in taking the money for a FILTHY car, was NOT cleaned, full of dust, and a flat tyre. How the hell do I travel to Middelburg at 22h00, with a sleeping 2 year old left stranded at the airport? <br> <br>
