Damage to car not repatriated

I used Air-o-car for a local trip. On returning there was a bump on the front left of my car. I received a call the following day stating that their insurance would resolve the issue. I provided the necessary quotes and have followed up numerous times since then. The issue arose on 3 June 2019, it is now 22 July and I am still waiting for a response. Nobody at the company is acknowledging my emails or responding to my calls.
