Special needs

Please don't book any tickets with them if you have special needs. They had to supply oxygen for my father in law but I had to purchase the tickets first before they gave me the amount for the oxygen. They charged R35,000 for oxygen for a two hour flight. We had to cancel the tickets as this is an outrageous amount and had to pay R2,960 for the cancellation
