Horrible air service. Delays and remove your luggage from your flight.

Air Namibia is thee most unreliable and pathetic airline ever!!! For years I supported this airline, but as from today I shall NEVER again travel with Air Namibia. I shall also NEVER again use Air Namibia to book any of my family or friends trips. In the last week I had to collect 3 travelers who unfortunately travelled with Air Namibia, one flight was cancelled and the other two flights were heavily delayed. My most unfortunate flight, flight SW709 from Windhoek to Cape Town this evening was delayed with an hour and a half, and then, to add insult to injury, whilst waiting for about half an hour for my luggage, I was informed that my one suitcase was simply removed from the airplane and will only be arriving tomorrow!! I’m supposed to be leaving out of town tomorrow and most of my essentials are in the suitcase that Air Namibia unilaterally decided will stay behind! I paid full price for my ticket, which ticket allows me to check in 2 suitcases, yet Air Namibia just decided that I will only receive half my luggage. This decision was made without informing me and without my knowledge. I also did not receive any refunded amount whatsoever for having been forced to arrive with only half my luggage! I have never heard of anything more bizarre in my entire life of traveling. I’m shocked and appalled with Air Namibia! I strongly urge and recommend that no one use this airline!! Even if it’s the cheapest, if you don’t want your flight being delayed or cancelled, or if you want your luggage, then don’t travel with Air Namibia!! I would rather spend R1 000.00 or more on British Airways or SAA, as that extra amount is nothing compared to the value of inconvenience that is sure to be caused by Air Namibia.
