Dissapointing and no communication whatsoever !!!!!!

We booked our tickets (5) many weeks ago from JHB to Windhoek. Three or four weeks ago, we were informed that our flight back was cancelled. Fortunately after many headaches we were rescheduled and confirmed on a flight back from Walvisbay. Today, arriving at the airport JHB (early as per booking) we were informed that our flight 06.40 was delayed until 13:40 ?? Air Namibia could not assist us on any othet flight nor were they prepared to compensate us in anyway please remember that we are a family of five. Not sure what is going on with Air Namibia, very sad to say the least and very frustrating. No communication whatsoever. ?? Just hoping that our flight from Namibia will Not be cancelled.
