Delayed flight, lost luggage, no answer at call centre.

<p>As Namibia's national airline, I thought if there was one place Air Namibia would be on top of their game, Hosea Kutako International Airport would be it. The flight from Windhoek to Cape Town (SW703) this morning was supposed to leave at 06h55. After a delay of over an hour during which we were given no information, Air Namibia left some passengers' luggage behind. And the icing on the cake; they don't answer the phones at their call centre so I can't enquire about my luggage. Air Namibia, maybe you can help me understand why you have a call centre when you don't want to answer your phones?</p>
