I had written quite a negative review on this airline as I experienced great difficulty in obtaining a voucher for flights that occurred during the lockdown and re-booking. However, I chanced upon a lady, in the customer care dept, by the name of Shirley who very competently, quickly and pleasantly sorted out the issue. My compliments to the lady.
