Air Namibia

After a year of saving and planning, me and my family could finally have our dream trip in Namibia. We booked our flights with Air Namibia and payed extra for a later flight back to maximize our time in country. Air Namibia changed our flights with more than 10 hours to a early morning flight! After explaining to them that we will now loose not just the day of our trip that was planned a year in advance, we also loose accommodation that is payed for as well as the 4x4 (that doesn’t come cheap). I was simply told that because the flight is still on the same day they won’t even help us with transportation to the airport (never mind refunding us all we are loosing) or accommodation for the night before the “sunrise” flight. I know for a fact that a previous group was accommodated that was in the exact same situation as us, but for us Air Namibia is simply pulling up their shoulders.
