Air Nambia will never see me again

My girlfriend's first experience with flying and was supposed to be great. We booked 7 months in advance -our departure times and connections were changed 4 times - it started as a direct flight to Walvis Bay; was changed to a layover at Windhoek. We sat for 5 hours. When we finally arrived at WVB I noticed that our luggage - which was plastic wrapped as per the countless videos in the airport telling us that it's safe that way - was opened and two Christmas gifts were ******. The zippers on the suitcase were all cut off and the plastic wrapping shoved inside the suitcase. I lodged a formal complaint with Air Namibia in December 2019; to date - February 2020 - nobody has even bothered to reply. I will not EVER use or recommend Air Namibia, nor Windhoek airport - where the theft occurred - ever again.
