Baggage not received

On 24 July 2022 we were flying from Mumbai to New Zealand via Kuala Lumpur. We had excess baggage which we were requested to pay for when we arrive in Auckland. When we landed in Auckland on 25 July 2022 we paid for the luggage and we were informed it will be sent on the next flight from Mumbai to Auckland. Up to now we have not yet received the luggage and we have been contacting the airline bagagge centre to no avail.
